Turnover
Matter of luck, difficult to predict, especially for short term with margin so just sell for high turnover with small profit. Don’t just be afraid it will spring, I will miss. Think in other way: what if it goes down, I will get trap and bear margin interest.
Margin so only need to have profit for my trading experiences (which are valuable for my bigger earning in the future). So sell quickly T0, T1, T2 to protect me from sudden drops: sell in strength (2-4%), don’t need to hold longer (it is job of portfolio…), at least 1/2 and shift money into defensive stock/investment or to other stock which has not increase yet (more chance to increase and more safe against drops), or sell if seeing it is weak position, has weak demand, I may be wrong (then if it drops, it will turn into loss or trap). Even defensive stock can bring a good return, so balance between hot stock (must ready to sell) and defensive stock (hold for dividend, growth in earning, lowering pe and sudden increase)
Cash flow to make use market’s rotation so buy everyday, sell everyday. Have +500mil for trading (when having chances), selling investment portion in my portfolio if profitable (ACB…),
High turnover with small profit so I can easily find chances than trying to find big bargain, big growth, big win, big profit. Trade with small profit first, then I will discover a golden chance for acquire more, for long time investment. Instead of just investing big like BIC, HVT…Big profit is a matter of luck. It will come after several small trades
Buy 1000 each day so when the 1st buy come back, I can both buy and sell (T0 for high turnover)
Using margin, so if not increase (stay still), sell if have small profit. Instead of waiting and hoping that it will have big increase later. It is a job of FA holding. Have some sell order at high price but also have some sell order at the matched price so I can sell quickly
Sell, especially when I have no time to observe the market, or with margin to set high price. Always remember what happen if market goes down: I cannot sell, I have to hold this stock, cut loss (if I still have room to take profit even market/stock turn direction , it is ok to wait for better price)
Sell, even for small profit. Sell if I don’t dare to buy more if going down; even if it can go up later on: MWG, SHS, EIB, TVS, HVT…Contrarian view: don’t hold because people mention about it, don’t hold because love it. Only hold if I have a plan to buy more. Always ready to sell: sell 1/2 when having a short correction (MGW at 46): don’t assume it is short correction and hold it until it becomes loss and long correction
